These purchase terms explain how BlueTray Health’s digital toolkits and online resources are delivered and used. BlueTray Health is operated by Phillip J Sanders in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Digital products and pricing

Foundations, Compliance, and Signature are digital products. Review the contents, file formats, software requirements, and price on the product page before ordering. No physical materials are shipped. Each toolkit is a one-time purchase; these products do not carry a recurring subscription charge. The final amount payable is shown at checkout.

Delivery and your account

After successful payment, use the account associated with your order to access your purchases. Download Excel workbooks from My Account → Downloads. Keep your order confirmation and account details. If you do not receive your confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.

Signature Access

Signature includes three operational Excel workbooks plus access to the online Signature Resource Library. Signature Access has no scheduled expiration and no recurring membership charge. Sign in with the account used for your purchase to use the study and career resources.

Software and use

Operational workbooks are Excel (.xlsx) files and require compatible spreadsheet software for editing. You can adapt the templates to your department and print selected worksheets. Online study tools require a web browser and an internet connection. Study progress saved on a device may not transfer to another device.

Independent educational resources

BlueTray tools support your work and study. They do not replace facility policies, professional judgment, current requirements, or an approved education pathway. BlueTray does not award CDM certification, include exam fees, or guarantee survey or examination results.

Refunds and access problems

Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. If a download or member resource is unavailable, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help.
