Digital Products
All Bluetray Health products are digital and are delivered instantly after purchase. Because downloadable files and member tools cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or member access has been used.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly refund your purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- A technical problem prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchase, and we are unable to fix it within 5 business days of you contacting us
- The charge was not authorized by you
How to Request a Refund
Email [your email] within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Before You Dispute a Charge
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. Most issues, such as a missing download email, can be fixed the same day.
